Emil Öhmann Foundation
The Emil Öhmann Foundation was set up in 1993 based on the property left to the Academy of Science and Letters by its former secretary general. The foundation is administered by the Academy’s Governing Board.
The foundation distributes grants on an annual basis, predominantly for research in Germanic philology and German culture.
Grants
Applications for grants from the Öhmann Foundation may be made in April or May each year, and the grants are distributed in October.
